How to Reach Manali?
Manali is 570 km from Delhi, 310 km from Chandigarh and 350 km from Ambala. There are daily flights from Delhi to Kullu (Air Deccan, Jagson Airways, MDLR airlines and Air India). The airport is 50 km from Manali in Kullu/Bhuntar.
To come by road from Delhi, one can use Himachal Roadways or Himachal Tourism's Volvo Bus Service. It starts at around 5 in the evening from Delhi and reaches Manali at 8 in the morning.
From Chandigarh there are 2x2 Deluxe buses of Himachal Roadways for Manali, leaves at around 7 in the evening form Chandigarh and reaches Manali at 5 in the morning.
One can also hire to & fro taxi from Delhi or Chandigarh.

Check in Time : 12 Noon
Check Out Time : 11 A.M

What is the policy for Early Check in / My Bus Reaches early in the morning?
Our Check in time is 12 Noon. Early Check in is as per availabilities. If your room is not available we can give you some other room till 12 noon (if available) or you may wait in lobby / have a cup of tea in our beautiful terrace garden. It shall be advisable to notify the Hotel on the previous night, in case very early check-in is required.

What is the policy for Late Check out / My bus is late in the evening?
Our Check out time is 11.00 AM. At the time of check out you can leave your luggage with us at 11.00 AM and go for sightseeing. We can also allow late check out upto 04.00 PM at 25% of the room charges based upon availability of the room.

What is the difference in Deluxe Room and Family Suite?
The Deluxe room is a single room with a king size bed and an attached bath. The family suite has a similar room but there is a second attached room with a queen size bed and an attached wash. Basic Amenities like wooden flooring, TV, Telephone, hot & cold water, tea/coffee maker etc is same in all rooms.

How many people can stay in the Deluxe Room?
The deluxe room is comfortable for a “Couple + 1 Child”. An additional “Adult” can also stay in the room with extra bedding provided at nominal charges.

How many people can stay in the Family Suite?
The family suite is comfortable for a “Couple + 2 Children” or “Three Adults”. An additional “Adult” can also stay in the room with extra bedding provided at nominal charges.

What are the Cancellation / Amendment Charges?
10% of the total amount shall be levied as Cancellation / Amendment Charges in case it is intimated more than 07 days from the date of check-in.
One Day charges shall be levied as Cancellation / Amendment Charges in case it is intimated between 01 - 07 days from the date of check-in.
There shall be no refund in case of intimation 01 day before or on the day of check in.

We will block the room for you and you have to deposit advance amount in our ICICI A/c 002905004661 or SBI A/c 10437693776 and intimate us the same with payment mode. We will verify with bank and within 24 hours reservation confirmation will be send to you.

The package is for 3 nights. What will be the cost if I want to stay for more than 3 Nights?
Packages are extendable on Pro Rata basis. You can divide the Three Nights Package by 3 and multiply by number of nights you want to stay.

Can the hotel arrange taxi/Bus for sightseeing?
Our Front office staff will arrange taxi/Bus for you at best rates with good drivers. We have sightseeing brochure and necessary guidance towards sightseeing tours will be provided.
Apart from this we can book River Rafting, hiking, river crossing for you as well at very good rates.

Can the hotel arrange transport from Delhi / Chandigarh / Ambala?

How do we reach Hotel from Manali bus stand / Kullu airport?
Our Hotel is only 1.5 Kms from the Manali bus stand. Complimentary pick is provided with our packages from the bus stand. Otherwise, Taxis / Autos are very easily available from bus stand at an approximate Cost of Rs 100/-.
Please note that complimentary pick up is not provided from the Kullu/Bhuntar Airport which is around 50 Kms from Manali. From Airport only option is by pre paid taxi. Same is easily available from taxi union whose office is situated in Airport. The approximate Cost is Rs 1,000/-.
