We, at Hotel Greenfields, constantly try to use Green Concepts to reduce the ecological burden on our environment. We try  to contribute by taking little steps towards energy conservation and reducing our carbon footprints on our ecology.

 It is also our endeavor to make your stay in Manali an experience which is close to nature and reduce the exposure of  artificial and synthetic products.

 Some of our efforts in this field are:-
·       Use of solar water heating system as a backup to water heating geysers, hence reducing the water heating electricity         consumption by approximately 68%.
·       Complete insulation of all hot water piping in the hotel to reduce heat losses.
·       Maximum use of natural light in rooms and other areas, hence reducing the requirement of lighting during day.
·       Natural Spring water for drinking (The same water from natural springs of Manali is collected and bottled by various         reputed companies and sold as Mineral water)
·       Preparation of fresh food daily without any synthetic colors/additives and preservatives.
