SUMMERS(APRIL-MID JULY)
 Wear light cottons and a very light woolen for nights
 During peak season, i.e. from April-July, the weather is pleasant with warm sunny days and cool nights. The apricot trees  burst into pink blossom, looking like fairy sprays of leafless bouquets. Light woolens are required for nighttime during this  period.

RAINY SEASON(MID JULY-SEPTEMBER)
 Carry a sweater or shawl
 From mid July to September is the season of monsoon when the sky is a playground of the sky for the white, gray or dark  clouds, presenting an unforgettable spectacle.

WINTERS(OCTOBER-MARCH)
 Carry as much of heavy woolens as you can
 Winters start from October till March and heavy (really really heavy) woolens are required during this period. This Hill Station  witnesses snow in the month of Dec-Feb and the entire valley is engulfed in a blanket of white snow attracting tourists to  spend some time in this beautiful romance of nature. Winter snow sports like Skiing and Heli-skiing attracts a lot of  adventure loving tourists to Manali every year during this period.
